How the stroller finder works

The stroller finder is for parents who want names. Answer 6 quick questions and you get up to 3 strollers, each with the reasons it fits you.

What it asks

  • How many kids will ride, now and in the next 2 years.
  • How you get around: a small trunk, a roomy trunk, walking and transit, or lots of flying.
  • Whether you'll run with the stroller.
  • Whether you need it from birth. If you do, it also asks which infant car seat you have.
  • What you push on most: smooth sidewalks, mixed ground or trails.
  • Your budget band, based on the brand's list price.

How it picks

First it keeps only the strollers that can do the job. Two riders means doubles. Running 3 or more times a week means jogging strollers. From birth means strollers rated from birth. If you picked a car seat, only strollers that take it stay in.

Then it sorts what's left. A small trunk, transit or flying puts the lightest strollers first. Rough ground moves jogging and full-size strollers up, and air tires get a boost too.

What you get

You see up to 3 strollers from our list of 24, plus the stroller type that fits your days. If nothing in your budget fits every answer, you see the closest ones and a note that says so. Your answers stay in the link, so you can send it to your partner.

Want to learn the types before you pick? The stroller type finder shows all 6 types side by side. Use that one to learn, and this one to get names.

Questions parents ask

How does the stroller finder pick strollers?

It filters our stroller list by your answers, then sorts by fit. Every reason comes from the brand's own specs.

Can I share my answers?

Yes. Your answers stay in the page address, so you can copy the link and send it. When you see your results, PostHog gets the stroller type you landed on and the picks it shows you. It also gets how many questions you skipped, and whether any stroller fit every answer. PostHog gets the page address only up to the # sign, so the answers themselves stay in your link.
